Terms of Service

These terms apply whenever you place an order with Cella Essential Beauty Store (“Cella,” “we,” “us”), whether online or in person at one of our branches. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Products and pricing

Prices are shown in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) and can change without notice. We try to keep product photos, descriptions, and stock levels accurate, but occasionally an item may sell out between when you view it and when you check out — if that happens, we’ll let you know rather than silently substitute something else.

Orders and payment

• Checkout is guest checkout — no account is required to order.
• Payment is by Mobile Money or card, processed securely by Paystack. We don’t receive or store your card or Mobile Money details.
• An order is only confirmed once payment succeeds. If payment fails or is cancelled, no order is created and you haven’t been charged.
• A branch is each an independent shop with its own stock — the products available to you depend on which branch you’re shopping from.

Delivery and pickup

You choose delivery or pickup at checkout. Delivery fees vary by zone and are shown before you pay. For pickup, bring the name and phone number used on the order to the branch counter — that’s how our staff identify your order, no extra code needed.

Cancellations, returns, and issues

If there’s a problem with your order — wrong item, damaged product, or anything else — contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or at the branch you ordered from, with your order number ready. We handle these case by case; we don’t yet have a fully automated returns process, so a real person will work it out with you directly.

Reviews

Reviews should reflect your genuine experience with a product. We moderate reviews before they appear publicly and may decline to publish ones that are abusive, fake, or unrelated to the product.

Limitation of liability

We work to describe and photograph products accurately, but individual results from skincare and beauty products can vary. If you have a known allergy or sensitivity, check the ingredient list on the product page before purchasing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to shop with us after a change means you accept the updated terms.
